With kids ages 10, 8 and 6, much of my life is consumed with mothering.  I have been a working mom, a stay-at-home mom, a homeschool mom and a very exhausted and overwhelmed mom.  I am definitely far from perfect, but I have found that most of the lessons I am learning about life and the Father are in the everyday moments of motherhood.  That’s why you’ll find many of my blogs rooted in the struggles, triumphs and downright craziness of motherhood.

This corner of the blog isn’t about me, the author, or my brood of littles. It’s about all of us. It’s about coming together, hearts on our sleeves, to laugh, cry, vent, worry, share, and leave it all at the feet of Jesus. I’m not claiming to have all the answers. I’m not claiming to have ANY answers, actually. But I do know that there is freedom in embracing truth and embracing each other, and that is what I long for, friends. For freedom. For truth. For the genuine embrace of someone who gets it.

So welcome to the sisterhood, dear ones. No more doing this thing alone. Be real. Be honest. Be free.
