• There are NO REFUNDS due to the need to pre-order fresh flowers and supplies in advance. 
• Cancellations within 48+ hours or more notice: FULL reservation fee will be provided as shop credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. 
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS
• Need to transfer your spot to someone else? Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event for transfers.
